Just want to send a quick note to tell you how great our new garage floor looks. Your wonderful and professional crew did a fantastic job of refurbishing our old cracked and peeling garage floor and made it look like a brand new showroom floor. We are so proud now to show off the new garage floor to all our friends, family and neighbors. The new floor is so easy to clean and maintain.
I think we have to buy a new car now to go with our beautiful new garage floor. We'll certainly be hosting our family cook-outs in the garage from now on as well.

For years, I had a vision of what I wanted to do with our 3 1/2 car garage, and I struggled to find a product or company that could satisfy all of my requirements.
After a brief on-site visit with Jim, I found both the ideal product and company to help me realize that dream.

Our family was growing, and our garage was packed to the gills. Our three-car garage could only fit two cars because of all of our stuff! With winter approaching, we looked for help. We are so happy we found Garage Store!
From our first consultation, we were completely at ease with the process. We were impressed by the knowledge and ingenuity of the staff. The vast array of potential designs was at first overwhelming, but we soon developed a great plan, with the help of the design team. For instance, our family races radio-controlled cars, and my workshop had overtaken a corner of the garage. Garage Store suggested mounting all 25 cars on a Gladiator gearwall system, we saved a ton of floor space!
The Monster Rax overhead storage were perfect for getting our big items off the floor, and are easily accessible. I am happy to say that all three cars are safe and warm inside our garage for the winter. (Actually, if you count the R/C cars, I tell my friends I have a 28 car garage!) We couldn't be happier with our new garage system from the Garage Store!

"We had a wonderful experience working with all the staff at Garage Store. Their products are, in our opinion, the best ones out there. It is not only the products that really impressed us, it is the customer service. Jim is very knowledgeable about everything and we could tell when we first met him that he was going to be there every step of the way. This company far surpasses any and all expectations we had. They always returned our phone calls either the same day, or the very next day.
Their concern for our satisfaction did not end when the payment was received. We had a couple of minor concerns and they were right there to address those as soon as they said they would be. They also completed the work exactly when they said they would, unlike many other companies that drag the process on and on.
They are not in this business just for the money. We know this for a fact because we had a question about a product they were selling and they told us, for what we wanted to use it for, it would not be very useful. They could have easily just sold it to us and got their money, but that is NOT what happened.
In our opinion, they are the best out there because they care about customer satisfaction, before, during, and after a project, not just making a sale.

"I am very much satisfied with the refinished garage floor. The two Garage Store technicians (I'll call them technicians because they knew their job quite well) were efficient and exacting in their work.
I am particularly pleased with the repair to the damaged apron area at the end of the concrete control joint. The concrete was broken out to a depth of about 2" or so and encompassed an area of more than 1 Sq. foot. I was skeptical that it could successfully be repaired since another floor refinishing company said that the entire concrete apron area needed to be replaced with new concrete before they could put down the finish. Doing this would have added another $800 to the cost of refinishing. But you guys repaired it without any problem.
The availability of a trailer from Garage Store in which to store tools and other "stuff" while the work was being completed was an added benefit.
Thanks again for a job well done. Heck, even my wife likes the floor.
